What is Sima?
Sima is an intelligent AI image studio built for the Iranian market. It transforms
your personal photos into 68+ artistic, fashion, cinematic and traditional Persian
styles — including Qajar portraits, Persian miniature, calligraphy, Nowruz, Yalda
and traditional weddings.
Is Sima free?
Yes — Sima is free to install and use. Every new account receives 5 free diamonds
at sign-up, and guests get one fully free generation from the banner filter. Beyond
that, optional diamond top-up packs unlock further generations, with no subscription
required.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All processing happens on servers inside Iran (ArvanCloud data centers).

What filters does Sima support?
Sima ships 68+ filters and tools across Iranian art (Qajar, Persian miniature,
calligraphy), seasonal themes (Nowruz, Yalda), traditional outfits and weddings,
artistic styles (oil painting, watercolor, charcoal, pencil sketch, pop art),
fashion and cinematic portraits, professional headshots, 3×4 ID photos, background
change, and old-photo colorization.
Which platforms is Sima available on?
Phase 1 ships on Android via Cafebazaar, Myket and a direct APK download, plus a
fully usable PWA web app that works on iOS Safari. A native iOS build is planned
for a later phase.
How long does generation take?
Most generations complete in under a minute. Economy quality is the fastest,
Standard is balanced, and Premium takes slightly longer for studio-grade detail.
Jobs continue in the background even if you close the app, and a live progress bar
shows the current stage.
Can I create multi-person photos?
Yes — many filters in Sima support multi-person input photos (couples, families,
group portraits). Results are best when faces are clearly visible and well-lit.
Some specialty filters (such as 3×4 ID photo and LinkedIn headshot) are designed
for single subjects only.
Does Sima work offline?
No — generation runs on AI models hosted on Sima's servers, so an internet
connection is required to submit a job and download results. However, your private
gallery of past results is cached on-device and can be viewed without an active
connection.
Is Sima free or paid?
Both. The moment you sign up, 5 free diamonds are credited to your wallet —
enough for several generations. As a guest, you also get one fully free
generation from the banner filter. Beyond that, top-up packs let you keep
generating.
Are my photos stored?
Temporarily, yes — to process them and give you access to the result. Input
photos auto-delete after 7 days and outputs after 30. EXIF metadata
(location, device model, timestamp, …) is stripped before storage.

For a smoother, unified experience across Cafebazaar and Myket.
1 diamond is always 1,000 toman, so pricing stays transparent and stable.
The toman equivalent of any top-up pack is fully visible on the payment
screen.
What if a generation fails?
Don't worry. Sima first attempts a fallback model. If every attempt fails,
your diamonds are refunded automatically, and the refund is logged in your
transaction history with the status
refunded.
Will there be an iOS version?
Phase 1 ships Android only (Cafebazaar and Myket). iOS and a full web app
are on our later-phase roadmap.
How are new filters added?
Filters are deployed live, server-side — no app update required. When a
seasonal filter like Nowruz or Yalda launches, it appears automatically in
the What's-New tab.
What happens when I invite a friend?
For each friend who signs up with your referral code and completes their
first successful generation, 10 diamonds are gifted to you — up to a cap of
20 friends (200 diamonds). Your friend also receives the standard 5-diamond
sign-up gift.
How do I contact support?
Open the app, go to Profile → Support, and create a ticket. Each ticket has
a unique tracking number and you'll be notified in-app when there's a reply.
